Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with their banking needs, and ensuring a positive experience.  This role involves handling inquires, resolving issues, opening new accounts, and promoting bank products and services.  This position also serves as a backup Teller.
