About the Role

Meco is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support and coordinate daily warehouse operations in our Greeneville facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping materials moving safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting and guiding a team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Assign and coordinate workflow to meet productivity goals
• Serve as the go-to resource for warehouse associates (questions, direction, issue resolution)
• Partner with other shift leads to ensure smooth transitions and communication
• Coordinate manpower with Receiving and production needs
• Track incoming inventory and ensure accurate system entry
• Direct proper storage of materials to maximize space utilization
• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with temperature changes, noise, and dust
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
• PPE required based on tasks

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
• Previous leadership or team lead experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, shipping)
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
• Forklift experience (certification preferred)
